Updating a reservation's guest age breakdown

You can add a breakdown of your guests' age to reservations. This can help you prepare your property for your guests' arrival, such as when kids or infants are included in the reservation.
Your guests will be able to see the breakdown on their check-in forms, quotes, and invoices.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector, then select Operations mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Click the relevant reservation.
  5. Next to the "Summary" section, click the pencil icon.
  6. Adjust the number of adults, children, and infants in the reservation.
  7. Click Save.

Reservation widget in the Inbox

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Inbox icon.
  3. From the left sidebar, select Guests inbox.
  4. Click the reservation of the relevant guest.
    • If they have more than one reservation, you'll see an arrow next to the confirmation code in the widget to the right. Click the arrow and select the relevant reservation from the drop-down.
  5. On the right sidebar, click .
  6. Click the pencil icon.
  7. Click Guests and adjust the number of adults, children, and infants in the reservation.
  8. Click Save.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, Click the Multi-Calendar icon.
  3. Click on the relevant reservation.
  4. In the right sidebar, click .
  5. Click the pencil icon.
  6. Click Guests and adjust the number of adults, children, and infants in the reservation.
