Setting up Quotes

In Guesty you can send a quote to a guest through the inbox or multi-calendar. A link to the quote will be sent to the guest in an email. They will be able to review their options before submitting the quote and booking a reservation.

When setting up your quotes you'll need to make a few choices:
  • Do you want your guest to read the listing's house rules? By default, they won't be visible, but you can enable this option to give the guest more information and help them decide which listing is right for them.
  • Do you want your guest to read and agree to your terms & conditions? By default, the guest will not be asked to agree to your terms & conditions, but you can enable this option if you have an existing agreement with a valid link.
Follow the instructions below to make sure your quotes are sent the way you want them to.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile icon.
  3. From the drop-down, select Account settings.
  4. In the left menu, click Account settings.
  5. Scroll down to "Quote settings" and turn the following toggles on/off based on your needs:
    • Require house rules: If this option is enabled, the rules will only be displayed if the listing has house rules set up.
    • Require terms & conditions: If you want to enable this option, you need to have a link to an existing terms & conditions agreement to paste.
All future quotes will be sent according to the settings you choose.
