Use Advanced Analytics to view in-depth analytical data of reviews that have been posted by guests. See data for reservations received via Guesty's Airbnb and Booking.com , and Vrbo direct connections. You can also post public responses to reviews directly from Guesty. Reviews will only be sent to the Online Travel Agency (OTA) if they are responded to within 30 days of receiving the guest review.
Follow the instructions below to open the dashboard and view its data.
Important:
Advanced Analytics does not recognize occupancy for reservations that have a check-in date from before the listing was activated.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Analytics.
- To the left, under "Dashboards", click Reviews.
- The relevant data will appear in the center panel. Click each item in the panel for a further breakdown. If relevant, add or edit any filters in the sidebar on the right by hovering over them and clicking the pencil icon.
Use the "Reviews by Sentiment" section to see a breakdown of positive, neutral, and negative reviews.
Tip:
- In the "Reviews data" section, you can see which reservation in Guesty corresponds with each review as the guest's name is displayed in one of the columns. In addition, clicking an item in the Reservation ID column opens the reservation in Guesty.
- Reset the filters if needed by clicking the icon. Learn how to save the filters for quick access and how to export the data.
