Pilot: Publishing multiple Guesty listings to Booking.com

Publish multiple Guesty listings to Booking.com in a single process. This helps you sync your properties in bulk with Booking.com, reducing setup time, and simplifying onboarding for a portfolio that includes multiple units.

Before you begin

To avoid publishing errors, ensure each listing meets Booking.com’s minimum requirements before you start.

Follow the instructions below to publishing listings to Booking.com in bulk.

Tip:

The bulk publishing process applies one set of booking settings and one cancellation policy to all properties per batch. To use different settings for different listings, group those properties and run separate bulk publishing flows.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click icon Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Under Channel management, select Distribution.
  4. Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
  5. Click + Publish listings.
  6. Click Start.
  7. Check the boxes for the relevant listings and click Select listing(s).

    Use the filters to narrow your search by city, tag, and type, or search for listings by name in the search bar.

  8. Configure the following settings for the bulk publishing batch:
    1. Booking settings: Choose Instant Book or Request to book. Click Next

    2. Child policy and rates: Select the relevant option: 
      • Do not allow booking with children. Click Next.
      • Allow booking with children:
        1. Enter the number of children the property can accommodate.
        2. Enter the start and end age range to which the child rate will apply.
        3. Enter the cost per child.
        4. Click Next.
    3. Rate plans
      • If some listings don't have a rate plan, select from the preconfigured rate plan list. You can select more than one. Rate plans can be adjusted later. Click Publish.

        Tip:

        Click Check listings with rate plan to verify listings with rate plans.

      • If no selected listings have a rate plan, select from the preconfigured rate plan list. You can select more than one. Rate plans can be adjusted later. Click Publish.
      • If all listings have a rate plan, no action is required. Click Publish.
    4. Payment processing: Select the relevant option:
      • If you are the Merchant of Records:
        1. Select You will charge guest payments. 
        2. Select the credit cards you accept.
        3. Click Publish.
      • If Booking.com is the Merchant of Records:
        1. Select Booking.com will charge guest payments
        2. Select the relevant payment service:
          • Payments by Booking.com
          • Online payments
        3. Click Publish.
  9. Review your listing requirements:

    1. Eligible: Listings are ready to publish.

    2. Not eligible: Listings have missing or invalid information. Click Fix missing requirement to be redirected to the relevant page to make the required changes. 

  10. Click Publish to Booking.com.

Publishing typically takes up to one business day. During this time, the listing status appears as "Pending". Once approved by Booking.com, your listings is "Connected" and are ready to receive bookings.
