How can I locate a single or a group reservation?

Use these methods to locate a reservation:

The reservations report

You can create a reservations report, and use it to locate the relevant reservation.

To search for a group reservation, add this filter to the reservations report: "Is part of a group reservation".  Next, to access the main group reservation page, click one of the sub-group reservations appearing in the report. In the reservation page, click the tab of the main group reservation.

The Multi-Calendar

You can access a reservation by clicking it directly from the Multi-Calendar display. You can use the filters or change the displayed date range in the upper bar to locate the reservation.

The search bar

You can use the dashboard's top search bar to find a reservation, by either typing the name of the listing associated with the reservation, the name of the guest, or other identifying details (such as email address, phone number, etc.).

The contacts page

The contacts page automatically stores the guests' details when they make a reservation, either via a booking channel, a Guesty direct integration, or when you add the guest's details when making a manual (offline) reservation. To access the contacts page, follow the instructions below.
