Connecting your TravelStaytion account and listings to Guesty

You can publish your Guesty listings to TravelStaytion and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to TravelStaytion, you can publish listings at any time and the content will be synced across the platforms.

Onboarding new accounts to TravelStaytion takes 4-5 business days and depends on your availability. TravelStaytion supports single units and multi-units but not complexes. The channel commission is a percentage of each reservation's total amount.

Before you begin

Unlisted or inactive listings will not be published to TravelStaytion. Learn how to activate and list your listings.

Follow the instructions below to connect your account and listings to Guesty.

Connect your account

Step by step:

  1. Complete TravelStaytion's sign up form.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the side navigation menu, click icon Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu.
  4. Under Channel management, select Distribution.
  5. Locate the TravelStaytion thumbnail and click Connect.
  6. Click Start connecting to TravelStaytion.
  7. Mark the I have already signed up checkbox and click Continue to connect listings.
  8. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if relevant) from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.
  9. Choose the listings you'd like to connect, by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings

    If choosing the latter, click Select listings to connect. Then, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done

  10. Click Done. A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with TravelStaytion.
  11. Click Continue to dashboard.

Once the listing status displays "Live on channel",it is successfully connected to TravelStaytion. 

To list the listing page on TravelStaytion, locate the listing ID under the "Listing ID on Channel" column on TravelStaytion's integration page in Guesty and add it to the end of the following URL: https://www.travelstaytion.com/rooms/[add listing ID here]

Connect additional listings

To connect new listings after your TravelStaytion account has been connected to Guesty, click Connect listings in the top-right corner of your TravelStaytion integration page and follow steps 8 to 10 above. It may take up to 24 hours for new listings to become active on TravelStaytion, and their status will be changed from "Pending" to "Live on channel" in Guesty. Listings can be pending as long as until the extranet channel decides to connect them.

Disconnect a listing
