You can publish your Guesty listings to TravelStaytion and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to TravelStaytion, you can publish listings at any time and the content will be synced across the platforms.
Onboarding new accounts to TravelStaytion takes 4-5 business days and depends on your availability. TravelStation supports single units and multi-units but not complexes. The channel commission is a percentage of each reservation's total amount.
Follow the instructions below to connect your account and listings to Guesty.
Connect your account
Step by step:
- Complete TravelStaytion's sign up form.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Locate the TravelStaytion thumbnail and click Connect.
- Click Start connecting to TravelStaytion.
- Mark the I have already signed up checkbox and click Continue to connect listings.
- Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if relevant) from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.
- Choose the listings you'd like to connect, by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If choosing the latter, click Select listings to connect. Then, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done. Unlisted or inactive listings will not be published to TravelStaytion. Learn how to activate and list your listings.
- Click Done. A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with TravelStaytion.
- Click Continue to dashboard.

Once connected, you can see the listing's ID shown under the "Listing ID on Channel" column in the TravelStaytion integration page (for example: 999999). To visit the listing page on TravelStaytion, add the listing ID to the following URL, after "/rooms/". For example: https://www.travelstaytion.com/rooms/999999

Connect new listings
To connect new listings after your TravelStaytion account has been connected to Guesty, click Connect listings in the top-right corner of your TravelStaytion integration page and follow steps 8 to 10 above. It may take up to 24 hours for new listings to become active on TravelStaytion, and their status will be changed from "Pending" to "Live on channel" in Guesty.
Disconnect a listing
Follow the instructions in this article to disconnect listings.
Update listings after connecting
Updates to listings only sync if the listing’s status is "Live on channel". Changes may take up to 24 hours to reflect in TravelStaytion.
