You can publish your Guesty listings to Hopper and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to Hopper, you can publish listings at any time and the content will be synced across the platforms.
Hopper accepts inventory in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean) with USD currency only. Additionally, only entire homes are accepted and hotel- or hostel-style units are not supported. All listings must have a kitchen or kitchenette and a private bathroom. Only multi-units and single units can be linked to Hopper.
After connecting, Hopper will sync the listing's data from Guesty every 24 hours (including any updates you make). Learn where you should manage your Hopper's listings, reservations, and guest communication.
Hopper acts as the merchant of record, which means it is responsible for charging guests and transferring the payment to you. Hopper's channel commission is a percentage of the reservation's total amount. You are responsible for collecting security deposit fees from guests as needed.
Connecting your account and listings
Step by step:
- Create a Hopper account here.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Hopper thumbnail.
- Click Start connecting to Hopper.
- Mark the I have already signed up checkbox.
- Click Continue to connect listings.

A popup will be displayed, showing the first couple of characters of the token generated for the Hopper integration. Click the copy icon next to the token to copy it. During the account setup process in Hopper, you will be requested to enter this token. You must add the token to your Hopper account to import your listings into Hopper.
Note:
You can view the token later from the Hopper integration page as well, by clicking more in the top right, then clicking your token. - Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if relevant) from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.
- Choose the listings you'd like to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If choosing the latter, click Select listings to connect. Then, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings and click Done.
- Click Done.
A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with Hopper. - Click Continue to dashboard.
- Sign in to Hopper and add the token copied before to your account.
Your listings will be imported within the next 24 hours and become "Live on channel".
When connecting new listings to Hopper, your listings may be in "Pending" status for up to 24 hours. In case the listings are "Pending" for longer than 48 hours, contact Hopper, or send an email to hosts@hopper.com. Learn about your listings connection statuses and basic troubleshooting here.
Connecting new listings
You can connect new listings after your Hopper account is connected to Guesty. Click Connect listings in the top-right corner of your Hopper dashboard and follow steps 10 to 13 above.

Making changes to a listing after initiating the connection process
Changes made to connected listings will only sync once the listing status is "Live on channel". If the status is "Failed", initiate the connection process again.
