You can publish and manage your Guesty listings on Hopper directly from Guesty. Once connected, you can publish listings at any time, with all content synced across both platforms every 24 hours.
Hopper only accepts entire homes with a kitchen or kitchenette and a private bathroom. Hotel or hostel-style units aren't supported. Only multi-units and single units can be linked to Hopper.

Connect your account and properties
Step by step:
- Create a Hopper account here.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Hopper thumbnail.
- Click Start connecting to Hopper.
- Mark the "I have already signed up" checkbox.
- Click Continue to connect listings.

A popup will show the first characters of the token generated for the Hopper integration. Copy the token by clicking the copy icon. You'll need this token to complete the account setup in Hopper.

You can view this token later on the Hopper integration page by clicking
More in the top right, then click
Your token.
- Select a cancellation policy and, if needed, a cancellation fee from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.
- Choose the listings to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If choosing the latter, click Select listings to connect. Then, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings and click Done.
- Click Done.
A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with Hopper.
- Click Continue to dashboard.

Sign in to Hopper and add the token copied before to your account.
When connecting new listings to Hopper, they may remain in "Pending" status for up to two weeks. If a listings is "Pending" for longer than two weeks, contact Hopper, or email hosts@hopper.com. Learn about your listings connection statuses and basic troubleshooting here.
When you create a reservation through Capital One Travel, you may see the source listed as "Capital One".
Connecting additional listings
You can connect additional listings after connecting your Hopper account to Guesty. On your Hopper dashboard, click Connect listings in the top-right corner, and follow steps 10 to 13 above. Listings can be pending as long as until the extranet channel decides to connect them.
Update a connected property
Updates made to properties after the connection process was initiated can only be synced to the channel if the listing’s status is “Live on channel”. Updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the channel.

Reconnect a disconnected listing
If you disconnected a listing from a booking channel, you can easily reconnect it. Learn more about the differences between unlisting, deactivating, deleting, removing, or disconnecting a listing.
Reconnecting is only possible for listings in status "Live on channel" or "Failed". In the integration page, locate the listing you want to reconnect and click
in the "Actions" column. Click Reconnect.
