Emails from response@airbnb.com will reach a dedicated section in the Inbox and will also be forwarded to the forwarding email of the relevant Airbnb account. Follow the instructions below to communicate with response@airbnb from the Inbox.
Important:
Make sure your Airbnb account email has been replaced with your Guesty integration email. This is what enables the flow of communication between the Airbnb messaging platform and Guesty.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Inbox.
- From the drop-down, select Airbnb channel inbox.
- Click the relevant conversation to the left, according to the account nickname in the blue box.
- At the bottom of the page, click Type your message here.
- Type your message in the message box.
- Click Send.
Note:
Guesty supports Airbnb communication that was escalated to email correspondence, not notifications for Airbnb in-app conversations with the Airbnb support team.
