You can set a listing's default minimum and maximum nights per stay and limit the length of accepted bookings to your desired range. These default values will apply to dates where the minimum nights have not been changed by revenue management or financial tools (for example, a third-party pricing tool, or a manual adjustment via the calendar).
Airbnb users:
You can allow guests to book reservations above the maximum number of nights, and receive them as requests to book.
Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- For multi-unit listings, access the main settings. The change will automatically apply to its sub-units.
- In the property menu, click Calendar and select Availability settings.
- Next to "Nights limit per reservation", click Edit.
- Use the upward and downward arrows under "Minimum nights" and "Maximum nights" to set the desired values.
- Click Save.
