Setting the frequency for the sending of custom reports

You can create custom reports for properties, reservations, and tasks and send them to various people at a frequency you choose for each person separately. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector, then select Operations mode. 
  3. Click either Properties, Reservations, or Field Operations > Tasks.
  4. Click the Settings icon to the top right of the report.
  5. Click Shared Reports.
  6. To adjust the sharing times of the report to all persons, click the pencil icon next to the relevant report. Otherwise, click the pencil icon next to a specific person's name.
  7. Adjust the sharing dates and/or hours.
  8. Click Save.
