Setting up a properties report

Set up a properties report to oversee your properties and listings, displaying comparative information in columns (such as base price, bed types, and occupancy). Additionally, you can filter the report to view properties with specific attributes, such as having the same location or custom field’s value.  Use our default reports or customize your own, and share them with other contacts or users

Customized reports are saved per account. Users can delete their reports but must have specific permissions to delete reports made by others.

Custom fields with Yes/No variables will appear blank if you haven't configured their value to Yes or No.

Create a custom report for properties

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Add filters and/or columns to adjust the displayed default report.
    • Add filters to the report to narrow down the list of displayed properties.
      Click the plus icon next to "Filters", and select the desired filter. Fill in the relevant information, then click Add.  Click the name of the filter to edit it or remove it. 
    • Add columns to expand the information displayed for each property.
      Click Columns to the top right and check or uncheck the checkboxes of the columns you want to add or remove.

  5. Click Save as new custom report.
  6. Type a name for the custom report and click Save.

To view your saved reports, click the downward arrow next to the name of the displayed report, above "Filters". Then, select the relevant report from the opened list.

Edit or delete a properties report

To change the name of a report, manage its sharing rules, or delete it, click  , and select the relevant option. Default reports cannot be deleted.

Download or share a properties report

You can download a report, by clicking at the top right. The report will then be sent to your email as a CSV file. You can also share a report directly. Click   , and select the relevant contacts or users for the dropdown menu. Configure the message attached to the report, and choose whether to send it once, or schedule a weekly delievery.
