You can import the settings from one property to another using a backup file or a direct import. You can also duplicate a property or import your Airbnb listing to Guesty.
Note:
For multi-units, perform these actions in the main settings, not sub-unit settings.
Import settings from a backup file
Follow the instructions below to use a JSON file to import settings to a listing.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant property.
- In the left-side menu, click Settings.
- In the top-right corner, click Actions.
- From the dropdown, select Import details from JSON file.
- At the pop-up menu, click Upload a file.
- Browse to locate your JSON file and select it (or drag it).
- Click Import details.

Import settings from another property
Import the settings of an existing property to another property. For a multi-unit, import settings from an existing property when creating it. This type of import is limited and only fills in the fields of the creation setup.

This overrides existing settings.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant property.
- In the left-side menu, click Settings.
- In the top-right corner, click Actions.
- From the dropdown, select Import details from another property.

Search the relevant property and select it.
Only 10 results are presented for the same keyword.
- At the bottom-right corner, click Select.

Tick the checkboxes for the settings you wish to import.

- Click Import.
