You can save a property's settings as a backup file at any time.
Follow the instructions below to do so.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Properties. - Click the relevant property.
- In the left-side menu, click Settings.
- At the top right-hand side, click Actions.
- From the dropdown, select Export details to JSON file.
- At the pop-up menu, type in a name for your backup file, and click Export details.
Note:
If the property is a multi-unit, this action can be taken via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings. Learn more.
Tip:
The file will be saved to your computer. You can copy it to a property at any time.
