You can choose to assign a multi-unit listing's reservations to one of its sub-units either manually or automatically.
When a reservation is received, but there aren't any sub-units available for the relevant number of consecutive nights, it will remain unassigned.
In this case, you can relocate other reservations from one sub-unit to another in order to make room for the reservation.
Note:
If an owner makes a reservation in a multi-unit listing, the reservation will show up as “Unassigned” on the Multi-Calendar. However, if you preview the Owners Portal, the reservation details will be displayed there.
To help you understand which multi-unit reservations haven't been assigned yet, we recommend creating the following custom report in Guesty.
This report provides you with an overview of all upcoming, unassigned reservations.
