Confirming automated messages were sent to a guest

For smooth and effective communication with guests, easily confirm through Guesty that your automated messages have been dispatched successfully for each reservation.
Follow the instructions below:

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Inbox icon
  3. From the left sidebar, click Guests inbox.
  4. Under "All conversations" to the left, select the relevant guest's thread.

    If they have more than one reservation, you'll see a dropdown arrow next to the confirmation code in the toolbar to the right. Click the arrow to select the relevant reservation from the dropdown menu.

  5. In the right menu , click the automated messages icon.
  6. Under "Guest auto messages" click History.
    • If a checkmark appears next to a message, it was successfully sent.
    • If an X appears next to a message, it failed to send. See our troubleshooting guide.
