Automated messages help you simplify and automate communication with guests and property owners. If a particular automated message is no longer relevant to a specific reservation, you can disable it individually. Alternatively, you can disable all automated messages associated with a reservation.
Disable automated messages for a guest reservation
Follow the instructions below to disable scheduled automated messages for a guest or owner reservation.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Inbox. - In the Inbox submenu, select the relevant inbox.
- Click the relevant message thread.
- For guests with multiple reservations, click the arrow next to the confirmation code. Reservations appear by creation date.
- In the inbox widget submenu, click
. - Toggle off Guest auto messages. To disable a specific message, select the Scheduled tab and toggle off the relevant message.
