To link a Booking.com listing to Guesty, the listing in the Booking.com system must have a supported status. This article lists both the supported and unsupported statuses for linking.
Supported Booking.com linking statuses
If the Booking.com listing has one of the following statuses, you can proceed with linking the listing to Guesty property:
- Open/bookable
- Auto closed (availability)
- Closed - ready to reopen
- XML: Closed
- XML: Ready to open
- XML: Being built
Unsupported Booking.com linking statuses
If the Booking.com listing has one of the statuses below, you can't link this listing to a Guesty property. These statuses apply to both linked and published listings.
Since a Booking.com listing status can't be updated in Guesty, contact Booking.com's support team to assist you.
