The Owners Portal is a website separate from the Guesty Dashboard, where property owners can view data about their properties, earnings, block dates for their own personal stays, and more.
Once you set up your Owners Portal website and add owners, you can invite owners to use the Owners Portal.
- Owners not registered for the Owners Portal will receive an email inviting them to register.
- Registered owners who are sent a bulk invitation email will receive an email reminding them to login.
Before you begin
- If you have a custom domain for an Owners Portal that you want to preview or invite an owner to, it is essential to update the CNAME of your custom domain. Failure to do so will result in a blank website or a 404 error page.
- You can only invite an owner, reset their password, or preview an owner's portal after you activate Enable Portal access.
- The Invite owner button will be inactive until you enable portal access or set up your Owners Portal URL.
Invite an individual owner
Follow the instructions below to invite an owner to the Owners Portal.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Owners.
- Click the relevant owner.
- Click Portal settings in the menu on the left.
- Switch the Enable portal access toggle on.
- Click Save

We recommend previewing the features and data available to the owner. Once portal access is enabled, click Preview Portal to see what the Owners Portal will look like.
- Click
to automatically send your owner an invitation to register to the Owners Portal via email.
Alternatively, click
next to "Invite owner" to copy the link and do one of the following:
- Paste it into your preferred method of communication to send to the owner. When the owner opens the link, they will be directed to the login page to set up their password.
- To register on behalf of the owner, paste the link into your web browser. You will be directed to the login page where you can set up their password.
Invite owners in bulk
Follow the instructions below to invite multiple owners to the Owners Portal.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Owners.
- Check the relevant boxes to the left of the owners you want to invite.
- Click Send invite to portal.
- Confirm the action in the pop-up.
The "Portal status" will remain
until the owners accept the invitation.
Once you send your owner an invitation to the Owners Portal, you can keep track of whether they've accepted the invitation in the owner's dashboard using the "Owner registered" filter.

After your owner has registered, the "Portal status" will change to "active" and the "Invite owner" button will be replaced with "Share login". Click
next to "Share login" to copy the link to send it to the owner. When they open the link, they will be directed to the Owners Portal where they can log in using their credentials.

Tip:
- If your owner forgot their password for the Owners Portal, at the top right of the "Portal settings" page, click the ellipsis icon and select Reset password from the dropdown menu. A password reset email will be sent to them automatically with a link to set up a new password.
- Owners will receive relevant emails in the selected display language (e.g., invitation, password reset, etc.).
