You can add internal notes about a guest that are only visible to you and your team, and that travel with the guest's profile to any new reservation they book. Follow the steps below.
Add Guest Note in the Reservation
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top menu, click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Scroll down to the "Guest" section.
- To the right of "Notes", click Edit.
- Enter important guest notes in the yellow box. For example, "needs accessibility equipment".
- Enter good-to-know guest notes in the green box. For example, "big football fan".
- Click Save.
Add Guest Note in the Inbox
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Inbox.
- From the drop-down, click Guests Inbox.
- Under "All conversations" on the left side, click the relevant message thread.
- In the vertical toolbar to the far right, click the Guests icon.
- To the right of "Notes", click Edit.
- Enter important guest notes in the yellow box. For example, "needs accessibility equipment".
- Enter good-to-know guest notes in the green box. For example, "big football fan".
- Click Save.
