Sub-units are individual rental units that make up a multi-unit property in Guesty. They're identical or similar units grouped together under a main property, for example, six standard double rooms in an apartment block would each be considered a sub-unit of one multi-unit property. A multi-unit can contain up to 100 sub-units.
Each sub-unit shares the same booking terms, pricing, minimum night requirements, and amenities as its parent multi-unit, though minor variations can exist between units.
Guesty blocks converting a single unit to a sub-unit if the listing is connected to Booking.com to prevent calendar sync issues.
