Connecting your TrustedStays account and listings to Guesty

TrustedStays connects professional, accredited accommodations with the corporate business travel sector. It is the first short-let platform with access to the Global Distribution System (GDS), enabling connections to corporate and government travelers worldwide. This provides high-quality, consistent revenue opportunities, with the corporate travel market valued at £150 billion globally.

To connect to TrustedStays, you must: 

  • Be located in the United Kingdom. 
  • Use GBP as your currency.
  • Be a member of an association and hold third-party accreditation.

Only multi-units and single-units can be linked to TrustedStays.

This channel is currently unavailable to all of Guesty's users. If you want to join the pilot, fill out this form. 

Connect your account and listings

  1. Register for a TrustedStays account here.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  4. Click Distribution.
  5. Locate the TrustedStays thumbnail and click Connect
  6. Click Start connecting to TrustedStays.
  7. Click Continue to connect listings.
  8. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if relevant) from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.
  9. Choose listings to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings: 
  • If selecting specific listings, click Select listings to connect, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, then click Done.  
  • If you select all listings, Guesty will attempt to sync all listings to TrustedStays, even if they don’t meet TrustedStays listing requirements. 

Unlisted or inactive listings won’t be published to TrustedStays. Learn how to activate and list your listings.

  1. Click Done.
    A pop-up will confirm that your listings are pending connection with TrustedStays.
  2. Click Continue to dashboard.

Connect additional listings

You can connect additional listings after connecting your TrustedStays account to Guesty. On the TrustedStays integration page, click Connect listings in the top-right corner, and follow steps 8 to 11 above.

Sync listing changes

Changes to connected listings sync only when the listing status is "Live on channel". If the status is "Failed", initiate the connection process again.
