With a 40-year legacy in short-term vacation rentals, Belvilla by OYO has expanded across Europe, attracting guests from countries like the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, and Spain. Using Guesty, Belvilla by OYO enhances booking management and guest communication across its European markets.

Before you begin
Ensure each listing has at least 20 photos to optimize its visibility in search results.
Step by step:
- Register for a Belvilla by OYO account.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Locate the Belvilla by OYO thumbnail and click Connect.
- Click Start connecting to Belvilla by OYO and then click Continue to connect listings.
- Choose a cancellation policy and fee (if applicable) from the dropdown menus.
- Click Next to continue.
Note:
You can modify the cancellation policy later.
- Choose the listings to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If choosing specific listings, click Select listings to connect, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.
- Click Done. A pop-up will confirm that your listings are pending connection with Belvilla by OYO.
- Click Continue to dashboard.
Connect additional listings
To connect new listings after integrating Belvilla by OYO with Guesty, click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your Belvilla by OYO integration page. Then follow steps 9 to 11 above.
Disconnect a listing
Follow the instructions in this article to disconnect a listing from Belvilla by OYO.
Update a listing after initiating the connection process
Changes to listings will sync only when the listing's status is “Live on channel”. For more information about connection statuses, see here.
Updates to listings can take up to 24 hours to reflect on Belvilla by OYO.
