Connecting your bnbfinder account and listings to Guesty

Bnbfinder is a marketplace designed for professionally-managed vacation rentals and BnBs. It allows you to list properties for free, without an annual contract, and helps drive commission-free. Join over 1,000 property managers already listed on bnbfinder. Bnbfinder supports properties in the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), Mexico and Canada, using USD currency. Each listing must have at least 5 images.

Connecting your account and listings

1. Register for a bnbfinder account here if you don’t already have one.
2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
3. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
4. Click Distribution.
5. Locate the bnbfinder thumbnail and click Connect. 
6. Click Start connecting to bnbfinder.
7. Click Continue to connect your listings.
8. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if relevant) from the dropdown menus, then click Next.

 You can change the cancellation policy at any time via the listing's settings.

9. Choose the listings you want to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If selecting specific listings, click Select listings to connect, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.

   Note:

   Only multi-unit and single unit listings can be connected. Unlisted or inactive listings won’t be published. Learn how to activate and list your listings.

10. Click Done.
    A pop-up will confirm that your listings are pending connection with bnbfinder.
11. Click Continue to dashboard.

Connecting additional listings

To connect new listings after your bnbfinder account is connected to Guesty:

1. Go to your bnbfinder integration page. 
2. Click Connect listings at the top-right corner. 
3. Follow steps 7-11 from the previous section. 

Disconnecting a listing

Follow this guide for instructions on disconnecting a listing. 

Updating a listing after initiating the connection process

Changes to listings will sync only when the listing's status is Live on Channel. For more information on connection statuses, see here. 

Changes or updates to your listings can take up to 24 hours to reflect on bnbfinder.
