You can link complex listings to Reconline CIH and manage them directly in Guesty. Guesty doesn’t support creating or publishing new listings to Reconline CIH. Instead, you can link existing listings in Guesty to their matching listings in Reconline CIH. Reconline CIH supports complexes only.
Once linked, the listings’ availability, rates, and inventory (ARI) will be synced across the platforms. Additional content such as additional fees, amenities, and listing description must be managed directly in Reconline CIH. Only base price adjustments, minimum, and maximum number of nights sync to Reconline CIH. Define all other rate plan settings (including cancellation policies) in Reconline CIH.
Before you begin
Review the following important information before connecting your accounts.
- You must have a Reconline CIH account before initiating the setup. Guesty allows you to connect multiple Reconline CIH accounts (Hotel IDs).
- After creating your account on Reconline CIH, contact your Reconline CIH account manager or support team and request them to connect the relevant Hotel IDs to the Guesty/YieldPlanet provider.
- Verify with your account manager that your API login and password credentials are valid for integration. These credentials may differ from those used to access your Reconline CIH dashboard.
- To avoid issues like double bookings, unlist or pause the sale of rate plans on Reconline CIH until the connection process is complete.
Connecting a Guesty complex to a Reconline CIH Hotel ID
Follow these instructions to connect a listing to Reconline CIH, or watch our video. Repeat these steps for each complex you want to connect.
Step by step:
- In Reconline CIH, create the relevant room types of each Hotel ID and assign them the relevant rate plans.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- Create a complex listing that matches each Hotel ID in Reconline CIH. Ensure the currency in Guesty matches the currency used in Reconline CIH.
- Assign at least one rate plan to each room type in Guesty, ensuring that your rate plans in Guesty correspond to those in Reconline CIH.
- When finished, in the top navigation bar of the dashboard, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Reconline CIH thumbnail.
- In the "Verify account" step, enter your login and password provided by your Reconline CIH account manager or support team.
- Follow the instructions in the connection setup, including:
- Linking each complex in Guesty to its matching Hotel ID in Reconline CIH
- Matching each room type in Guesty to its corresponding room type in Reconline CIH. You can skip this step and return to it later via the integration page.
- Mapping the rate plans in Guesty to their corresponding rate plans in Reconline CIH. You can skip this step and return to it later via the integration page.
Note:
- Rate plans make your listing sellable and searchable on Reconline CIH. If you connect a room type but don’t map any rate plan associated with it, the room type won't be live on the channel.
- Rate plans can't be assigned in bulk and must be added manually for each unit type.
- When you finish the connection process, click Continue to dashboard.
Your mapped rate plans will automatically resume being sellable on Reconline CIH. You can track each listing’s connection status and rate plan mapping.
In progress - The listing has been linked to the channel, and it is now pending the successful completion of the connection process.
Completed - The listing is connected to the channel, and at least one rate plan has been mapped. The connection is active.
Not started - The channel's listing hasn’t been linked to any listing in Guesty (the listing isn't connected).
In the "Rate plans mapped" column, click 
to view the details of your rate plan mapping and make changes if needed.
The integration page will display the listings under each complex as they appear in the Reconline CIH, even if they are not connected in Guesty.

Connecting new complexes
You can connect additional Hotel IDs to Guesty at any time. Simply click Connect listings in the top-right corner of your Reconline CIH integration page, then follow the instructions in the connection setup.
Disconnecting complexes
To make your listing unsellable on Reconline CIH, disconnect all the listing's rate plans There's no option to remove a connection between a Guesty complex and a Reconline CIH Hotel ID. If you need to entirely remove the connection, contact your Reconline CIH account manager and ask to disconnect Guesty/YieldPlanet as a provider to your account on Reconline CIH.
