You can publish your Guesty listings to HouseStay and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to HouseStay, you can publish listings at any time, and all content will be synced across the platforms.
Follow the instructions below to connect your Guesty listings to HouseStay.
Before you begin
Below is some important information for you to note before you connect your listings.
Connection status
- Any changes or updates made to your listings may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the channel
- Learn about basic troubleshooting and connection statuses
Channel requirements and limitations
- You must fill out this onboarding questionnaire
- Only listings for "Entire Homes" property types are accepted
- The minimum stay for your listing must be one month (30 nights)
- The listing must be in USD Currency
- The listing must be in North America
Connecting your account and listings
Step by step:
- Create your HouseStay account here.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the HouseStay thumbnail.
- Click Start connecting to HouseStay.
- Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee, and then click Next.
You can change the cancellation policy at any time via the listing's settings. - Select the listings you want the cancellation policy to apply to.
- By default, "All my current listings" will be selected
- To choose specific listings:
- Fill in the bubble next to "Specific listings" and click Select listings to connect.
- Select your listings from the side menu and click Done.
Note:
Only multi-units and single units can be linked to HouseStay. Any unlisted or inactive listings won't be published to HouseStay.
- Click Done to continue.
- A pop-up will notify you that your listings are pending connection with HouseStay. Click Continue to dashboard.
