Create a guest app check-in form and send it to guests before they arrive to gather useful information about them and their stay and to allow them to upload their passport or driver's license, for example.
Check the status of the form at any time. There are four statuses:
- Sent: The message with the link variable to the form was sent to the guest.
- Viewed: The guest opened the check-in form.
- Completed: The form was completed by the guest.
If you are already in the inbox or the reservation page, check the status right there. Otherwise, easily view the status in the documents status report.
Follow the instructions below based on your current needs.
Inbox
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click .
- In the left sidebar, click .
- Locate the thread for the relevant guest.
- In the right sidebar, click to open the reservation widget.
- Scroll down to the "Travel information" section. The status is above the calendar in the reservation widget.

You can find the status of a reservation in the "Travel information" section in the reservation page.
