Managing completed guest app check-in forms

Once your guests complete the check-in form you created for them in the guest app, a PDF is created. You can view, download and delete the check-in form PDF. Read below to learn how.

View and download the PDF

The check-in form PDF takes all the information from the guest app and displays it in a PDF that can be downloaded.

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Click the relevant reservation.
  5. You can find the check-in PDF two locations:
    • "Guest" section, under "Documents".
    • "Travel information" section.
    • Contact profile, under "Documents".
  6. To download the PDF, click the expand icon .

Delete the PDF

For privacy reasons, you can completely delete the PDF (without resetting its status). You can also delete it and reset its status, so that your guests can re-submit it.

Note:

If you select the first option, the PDF status will revert from "completed" to "sent".

Removing attachments

You can delete documents that were uploaded to the form if the guest asks you to, for example. If you are already in the inbox, you can delete the file right there. otherwise, it is very easy to do from any place in the dashboard where the document is. Follow the instructions below based on your current needs.

 

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Guest experience mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Click the relevant reservation.
  5. In the "Guest" section, go to "Documents".
  6. To the right of "Documents", click on Edit.
  7. Click Trash icon to the right to remove the relevant attachment.
  8. Click Save.

Tip:

You can also enter the dashboard through the Contact page, Inbox widgets and the Multi-Calendar widgets.
