Managing completed Guest App check-in forms

Guesty automatically generates a PDF once a guest completes their check-in form in the Guest App. This allows you to keep an organized, downloadable record of guest details, ensuring your team has easy access to essential arrival information while maintaining data privacy standards.

Use the instructions below to view, download, or remove these documents.

View and download the PDF

The check-in form PDF compiles all information submitted through the Guest App into a single, downloadable file.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Select the relevant reservation.
  5. Locate the PDF in the "Travel information" section in the reservation page or the "Reservation" tab of the contact profile.
  6. Click the expand icon  to download the PDF.
    • Click Trash icon to remove the PDF.

Delete the PDF

You can delete the PDF to protect guest privacy or to allow a guest to resubmit their information.

Note:

If you choose to reset the status while deleting, the PDF status reverts from "Completed" to "Sent".

Remove attachments

Follow these steps to delete specific documents uploaded to the form.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Guest experience mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Select the relevant reservation.
  5. In the "Guest" section, go to "Documents".
  6. To the right of "Documents", click Edit.
  7. Click Trash icon to remove the attachment.
  8. Click Save.

Access these documents quickly through the contact page, the inbox, or Multi-Calendar widgets.
