Beta: Checking the status of a check-in form

You can create a check-in form and send it to guests before they arrive to gather useful information about them and their stay and to allow them to upload their passport or driver's license, for example.

When a guest completes the check-in form, an automated line appears in their conversation thread in the inbox, but you can check the status of the form at any time. There are 4 statutes. See what each one means below:

  • Sent: The message with the link variable to the form was sent to the guest.
  • Viewed: The guest opened the check-in form.
  • Completed: The form was completed by the guest.
  • Expired: The form cannot be filled out anymore by the guest - 1 day after check out.

If you are already in the inbox or the reservation page, you can check the status right there. Otherwise, it is very easy to do from the documents status report.
