In HomeToGo or in Guesty, according to the following:

For EU users: HomeToGo collects guests payments automatically and remits the commission one day after check-in. You must join HomeToGo payments. Learn how to record payments collected outside of Guesty here.

For users outside the EU: You collect guest payments directly. Payment details are provided at the time of booking. To receive these details, enable Guesty's auto payment rules for all relevant HomeToGo listings.

HomeToGo charges commission one month after check-out.

Guest communication

Cancel reservations

In Guesty

Cancel reservations via Guesty to free up space in your calendar, then report the cancellation to HomeToGo to avoid being charged a commission. 

Alter reservations

In Guesty

Update the check-in, check-out, ETA, ETD, status, and listing details. These changes won't sync with HomeToGo, as it doesn't support modifications.

Manage guest communication

In Guesty

Send messages to your HomeToGo guests via the Guesty Inbox to ensure messages sync. Configure your integration email on the channel to manage communication in Guesty.
