In HomeToGo or in Guesty, according to the following: For EU users: HomeToGo collects guests payments automatically and remits the commission one day after check-in. You must join HomeToGo payments. Learn how to record payments collected outside of Guesty here. For users outside the EU: You collect guest payments directly. Payment details are provided at the time of booking. To receive these details, enable Guesty's auto payment rules for all relevant HomeToGo listings. HomeToGo charges commission one month after check-out. |
