You can publish your Guesty listings to Smiling House and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to Smiling House, you can publish listings at any time, and the content will be synced across the platforms. Follow the instructions below to connect your account and listings to Guesty.
Before you begin
Register for a Smiling House account and complete the onboarding questionnaire.
SmilingHouse integration requires a minimum Average Daily Rate (ADR) of $500 USD or higher. Properties with ADR below this threshold may not sync properly or be accepted by the platform. Please ensure your property rates meet this requirement before connecting to SmilingHouse.
Connect your account and properties
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu. - Under Channel management, select Distribution.
- In the Smiling House thumbnail, click Connect.
- Click Start connecting to Smiling House.
- If you already have a Smiling House account, mark the I have already signed up checkbox.
- Click Continue to connect listings.
- Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if relevant) from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.

Choose the listings you'd like to connect, by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If choosing the latter, click Select listings to connect. Then, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.
- Click Done. A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with Smiling House.
- Click Continue to dashboard.

Connecting additional listings
To connect new listings after your Smiling House account is connected to Guesty, click Connect listings in the top-right corner of your Smiling House dashboard and follow steps 9 to 11 above.
