Connecting your Plum Guide account and listings to Guesty

You can publish your Guesty listings to Plum Guide and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to Plum Guide, you can publish listings at any time, and the content will be synced across the platforms.

Plum Guide onboards only new hosts and properties in their six key markets: London, Paris, Rome, Florence, Oxfordshire (UK), Gloucestershire (UK). Properties in other locations will enter a waiting list and will be reviewed by Plum Guide at 1-3 month intervals. Plum Guide will communicate with you directly regarding waitlisted listings.

Plum Guide's priority markets are: England; France (Paris, S.France); Italy (Rome, Milan, Tuscany); Spain (Barcelona; Portugal (Lisbon/Algarve); Greece (Islands, Athens). Growth markets include Dubai, Cancun, Tulum, Tel Aviv, Palm Springs, and more.

Plum Guide charges a percentage of each booking's total amount as channel commission. In addition, there is a one-time onboarding fee.
