With Guesty Locks Manager, you can manage every smart lock you use remotely – all from one dashboard – with an automatic, unique code generator and full visibility into lock data. After signing up and accepting the Guesty Locks Manager Terms & Conditions and Pricing plan, follow the steps below to connect your lock provider account.
Before you begin
If you are currently using another smart lock management system, disconnect your locks from that system first to avoid conflicts and unstable behavior.
Make sure your locks are currently connected to the internet. If your locks are offline, they can't be imported into Guesty.
Igloohomes locks
Igloohomes locks are operated by an app via bluetooth. Igloohomes offers a bridge solution to connect the locks via internet and therefore be available to connect to Guesty Locks Manager.
Nuki locks
Nuki requires all users to have a Smart Hosting subscription in order to utilize third-party services for lock management, including Guesty Locks Manager.
Salto locks
To connect your Salto locks to Guesty Locks Manager, Salto requires that you have a Salto subscription.
Scholage locks
- Scholage Sense locks are offline devices, but can be connected to wifi using an additional BLE-Wifi bridge from Schlage (sold separately). If you're unable to connect the lock to Guesty, it's likely because it's offline.
- Schlage Z-Wave type locks are not compatible with the Schlage Home app. We recommend using the SmartThings app to connect your lock and subsequently linking your SmartThings account to Guesty. This will ensure seamless integration and enhanced functionality for your lock.
TTLocks
Before connecting TTLocks, enable the "Remote Unlock" feature for each lock. If this feature is not enabled in TTLock, the lock will not be imported. If you've already connected a TTLock and it's missing from Guesty Locks Manager, enable the "Remote Unlock" feature then contact us to sync the lock manually.
Connect a locks provider
Guesty Locks Manager supports all major brands. You can connect more than one lock provider. Simply repeat the steps for each of your accounts.
Step by step:
- If applicable, disconnect your locks from your current smart lock management system.
- Make sure that you have direct access to the locks’ manufacturer app.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
