You can activate or deactivate listings at any time. If you receive an error message when activating a listing, check the status of your Guesty billing. A valid payment method and/or up-to-date payment is required to activate a listing. Follow the instructions below to check your payment status.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top menu, click Account.
- From the drop-down, click Billing.
- From the Billing menu, click Payment status.
