Removing a Guesty Billing Payment Method

You can remove a Guesty billing payment method at any time. However, you can only remove a credit card if there is another valid credit card in the account. If the credit card you want to remove is the default payment method, set a new default payment method before removing the current one.  Follow the instructions below to learn how to remove a credit card from your Guesty billing.

Important:

Editing billing information requires the right set of user permissions.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Setup mode.
  3. Click Billing and select Payment method.
  4. In the Billing menu to the left, click Payment methods.
  5. To the right of the relevant credit card, click the three dots.
  6. In the pop-up, select Remove.
  7. Click Yes, remove this card.
