Using snooze publishing to automatically list or unlist a listing

You can automatically list or unlist a listing in your connected booking channels on specific days and times, and receive reservations only during business hours - when you can immediately respond to them. 

If snooze publishing is activated for the listing, deactivate it before you unlist or deactivate a listing. Otherwise, the listing will be reactivated/relisted automatically.

Activating or deactivating Snooze publishing

Follow the instructions below to activate or deactivate the feature.

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the relevant listing. If the listing is a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings or click a sub-unit.
  5. In the left-side menu, click Marketing and select List on channels.
  6. Scroll down to "Snooze publishing" and click Edit.
  7. Toggle on or off Snooze publishing.

    If toggling on snooze publishing, click Add snooze period to define specific times for your listing to be unpublished, then select the relevant days and hours. Repeat the step to add additional snooze periods.

  8. Click Save.

When activating snooze settings on a multi-unit listing via its main settings, you'll be prompted to choose whether to apply the setting to all the sub-units. Click Yes or No.
