Control when your listings appear on booking channels with the unlisting schedule. This feature automatically lists or unlists your properties during specific times, such as outside business hours. Use it to maintain a high response rate and ensure you only receive reservations when you are available to manage them.

Important:

Deactivate the unlisting schedule before you unlist or deactivate the property. If you don't, the listing reactivates automatically.

Activate or deactivate the unlisting schedule

Follow the instructions below to activate or deactivate the feature.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the relevant property. 

    If the property is a multi-unit, access the property's main settings or click a sub-unit.

  5. In the left-side menu, click Marketing and select List on channels.
  6. Next to "Unlisting schedule", click Edit.
  7. Toggle Unlist schedule on or off.

    To set a schedule, click Add time period. Select the days and hours, and click Add. Repeat this step to add more time periods.

    Note:

    The time is based on the property's local time.

  8. At the top-right corner, click Save.
  9. If you are editing a multi-unit property's main settings, select Yes or No to apply the changes to all sub-units.

The property unlists on all connected channels during the scheduled times. You can't schedule unlisting for specific channels individually.
