Inbox: Auto Response was sent after responding to the guest

Auto Response is a delayed answer that you set up to be sent after a guest sends you a query, to make sure it gets answered in a timely manner. If an Auto Response is sent even though you already responded to the guest, check from where the response what sent. if it was sent from the booking channel's inbox, instead of the Guesty Inbox, it will not be recognized as a response, causing the Auto Response to be sent.

When a response is not recognized, it will not display the sender's name or show up as "Automated message", instead, it will say "Not available".
