The accounting folio displays debit and credit transactions recorded in each account per reservation. View the reservation's balances to see how the transactions in each reservation affect each account. Follow the instructions below.
Important:
Set up your business models and activate Accounting to start using accounting folios.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Reservations. - Select the relevant reservation.
- In the left submenu, click Accounting.
- Scroll down to view the transactions in each accounting ledger.
Tip:
You can add or reverse a transaction if needed.
