Reversing a Transaction on a Reservation

The accounting folio displays debit and credit transactions recorded in each account per reservation. Follow the instructions below on reversing a transaction.

Important:

Reversing a transaction cannot be undone.

Set up your Business Models and activate accounting to start using reservation folios.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Reservations.
  3. Select the relevant reservation.
  4. In the gray banner, click Balance Due/Payout.
  5. Scroll down to the "Folio" section.
  6. To the right of the relevant transaction, click the  icon.
  7. In the pop-up, click Yes.
