In Guesty
You can view and edit the following Airbnb account settings directly in Guesty:
- Account nickname
- Company's name
- Forwarding e-mail
Follow the instructions below to view or update your Airbnb account settings.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
- Click the relevant Airbnb account.
- Next to the relevant listing, click
. - Update the relevant information.
- Click Save.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels.
- Select Airbnb from the dropdown menu.
- On the far right side of the relevant account, click .
- Update the relevant information.
- Click Save.
In Airbnb
Account phone number
Your Airbnb account phone number is not shared with Guesty. Change it directly in Airbnb.
Account password
Your Airbnb account password must be changed directly in Airbnb.
Guesty integration email
You can edit your Guesty integration email via your Airbnb account, by replacing the email address with any other address. Next, to use the email as your new Integration email, you must contact us and provide the updated address.
