Encourage guests to book longer stays by offering weekly or monthly length-of-stay discounts. Discounts apply to new reservations made after setup. They don't apply to existing reservations.
Discounts sync to supported channels, and guests see them when creating a reservation.

How discounts work
Guesty applies discounts in addition ("on top of") to other adjustments to the price per night and incorporates them into the accommodation fare.
Unlike coupons and promotions, discounts don't appear as separate line items on the guest folio (invoice). The accommodation fare doesn't round up or down after a discount applies.
Length-of-stay discounts may reduce rates below the limits set in your rate strategy. However, the discount doesn't apply if it lowers the price per night below $10 (or the currency equivalent).
Combining weekly and monthly discounts
You can set both weekly and monthly discounts on the same listing. The monthly discount percentage must be equal to or higher than the weekly discount percentage.
For example, if you set a 10% weekly discount, the monthly discount must be 10% or higher.

Monthly discounts apply to reservations of 28 nights or more.
Airbnb considers a weekly or monthly discount the same as a Guesty length-of-stay promotion. If you set both a length-of-stay promotion and a weekly or monthly discount for the same listing, Airbnb ignores the discount and applies only the promotion.
A length-of-stay promotion or discount set in Guesty overrides length-of-stay discounts set in Airbnb for the same listing.
Weekly and monthly discounts don't sync to Booking.com. Use promotions or Guesty's rate plans instead.
Generally, Vrbo applies monthly discounts to reservations of 28 days or more. However, for listings connected to Guesty, the discount applies only to reservations of 30 nights or more.
If fees are included in or deducted from the accommodation fare, Guesty recalculates the discount after any reservation changes.
Monthly discounts apply to reservations of 30 nights or more.
Discounts sync automatically and apply to reservations made via the Booking Engine. However, guests don't see an itemized discount breakdown in their reservation details.
Set up a discount
Follow the steps below to add a discount to a listing.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations.
- Click Properties.

Selet the relevant property.
For multi-unit listings, edit the settings of the main unit. Changes apply to all sub-units.
- In the left-side menu, click Pricing & policies, and select Pricing.
- In the "Weekly & monthly discounts" section, click Edit.
- Enter the discount percentage. If setting both, the monthly discount must be greater than or equal to the weekly discount.
- In the top-right corner, click Save.
