You can use Guesty's revenue share formulas to divide income between the property manager and owner. You can set this up per reservation, per listing, or apply the same setup to all listings. Follow the instructions below to change a revenue share formula for a specific reservation.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top menu, click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation.
- In the gray banner at the top of the page, click Balance due/Payout.
- Below the gray banner, hover over "Owner's revenue", "Your commission", "Net income", or "Channel commission" and click the pencil icon that appears.
- Under "Value", make the relevant change to the formula.
- Click Save.
