Saving a set of default Advanced Analytics filters

Advanced Analytics is a premium feature available to Pro users only. Contact us to discuss activating it.

Advanced Analytics provides in-depth analytical data and an overview of company performance over time. Focus on specific data by adding filters, which are immediately applied to your dashboard.

You can save the set of filters as the default for a specific dashboard, so you get the data you are most interested in whenever you open that dashboard. Follow the instructions below.

Note:

Up to three users can access Advanced Analytics per Guesty account. Unassigned users will have access to Guesty's regular Analytics feature. Learn how to assign users here.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Analytics.
  4. From the "Dashboards" sidebar on the left, click the relevant dashboard.
  5. From the "Filters" sidebar on the right, turn the toggle on for each filter you want to use, such as listing nickname.
  6. To define the filter and choose which listing nicknames you want to focus on, for example, hover over the filter(s) you turned on, click the pencil to the right, and select the relevant nicknames or Include all.
  7. At the top of the "Filters" sidebar, click the three dots and select Set as my default filters.
  8. Click Save.
