By default, CVC codes will be collected from your guest's credit cards when booking their reservations. You can choose not to collect the CVC codes. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Pricing & Policies.
- In the drop-down, click Channel payment settings.
- In the Booking.com section on the right-hand side, click Edit.
- To the right of "CVC policy", turn the toggle off. For listings that were linked with Guesty rather than published, the option of Yes or No may appear instead of a toggle.
- Click Save.
Note:
For a multi-unit, the "Booking.com Additional Information" section will either appear in the listing's main settings or an individual sub-unit's settings, depending on how the listing has been connected with Booking.com. Learn how to access the main settings vs. a sub-unit's settings.
