Choose whether or not guests must provide a credit card's CVC code when making a reservation on Booking.com. You can set this policy directly in Guesty. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
Sign in to your Guesty account.
In the top menu, click Listings.
Click the relevant listing.
In the listing's menu, click Pricing & Policies.
In the drop-down, click Channel payment settings.
In the Booking.com section on the right-hand side, click Edit.
To the right of "CVC policy", turn the toggle on or off. For listings that were linked with Guesty rather than published, the option of Yes or No may appear instead of a toggle.
For a multi-unit, the "Booking.com Additional Information" section will either appear in the listing's main settings or an individual sub-unit's settings, depending on how the listing has been connected with Booking.com. Learn how to access the main settings vs. a sub-unit's settings.
