You can gather information about a guest's stay by sending them a check-in form prior to their arrival. Ensure that the form is completed in advance of check-in by automatically sending reminders to relevant guests. Follow the instructions below to create reminders via Workflows.
Step by step:
Sign in to your Guesty account.
In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
Click Automations, and select Workflows.
At the top right, click New workflow.
Click Show advanced best practices at the bottom of the pop-up.
Select a template with a "check-in form" tag. These templates include the check-in form condition in the relevant automated message.
Use the options on the left to set which reservations the workflow will be applied to.
Click on the relevant step in the workflow to customize the automated message.
Activate the workflow.
Create a setup similar to the automated message that is used to send out the check-in forms. For example, if the check-in form is only being sent for reservations from certain booking channels, ensure that this reminder message follows a similar setup.
