Viewing a guest's signed rental agreement

You can create a rental agreement for guests to fill out and sign electronically before they arrive.
Once the rental agreement is signed, you can view it in Guesty within minutes, including an audit trail of when it was viewed, signed, and submitted, in several parts of the dashboard, and each part gives you extra information. Learn what added value you get out of each approach to see which one suits your current needs:
  • The documents status report provides a bird's-eye view across reservations.
  • The reservation page provides full details about the reservation in question.
  • The inbox lets you see the message that was sent to the guest with the rental agreement and their entire conversation thread.
Please note that once a rental agreement is sent to the guest, it won't update if the reservation changes. If you wanted to see an updated version of the agreement based on the newest reservation details, you'll need to create a new one and send it to the guest.
