- The documents status report provides a bird's-eye view across reservations.
- The reservation page provides full details about a specific reservation.
- The inbox displays the message sent to the guest with the rental agreement, along with the entire conversation thread.
Note:
The completed rental agreement message will not contain the PDF attachment when sent via Airbnb due to channel limitations. As an alternative, a link to the agreement is sent instead.
A rental agreement that has been sent to the guest won't update if the reservation changes. If you want to see an updated version of the agreement based on the newest reservation details, you'll need to create a new one and send it to the guest.
Once the guest fills out and signs the agreement, it can't be deleted.
View a guest's rental agreement status
View the status of a rental agreement or confirm it is completed by checking the document status report page, the reservation page, or the inbox conversation thread.
Via the documents status report
Follow the steps below to view a guest's rental agreement status.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Operations to open the dropdown menu. - Under Front desk, select Status report.
- Find the relevant reservation and click View in the column to the right of the "Modified" column. If you also sent a check-in form to the guest, the reservation will appear twice, once for the rental agreement and once for the check-in form.
Via the reservation page
Follow the steps below to view a guest's rental agreement status.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Scroll down to the "Check-in form" section.
Via the Inbox
Follow the steps below to confirm if a guest completed their rental agreement.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Inbox. - In the Inbox submenu, select the relevant inbox.
- Click the relevant message thread.
- Scroll through the thread to locate the rental agreement.
